Refund policy

 Initial Deposit is non-refundable.  

Cancelation Policy:

We understand that things can happen and plans can change. In the event you need to cancel the following schedule will apply: 

If trip is canceled more than 180 days before start date, amounts paid will be refunded minus the initial deposit amount and $250 convenience charge . 

If trip is canceled more than 120 days before start date, 50% of amounts paid will be refunded minus deposit amount. 

If the trip is canceled within 120 days of the retreat start date, the fees paid are not refundable.

All cancelations must be made in writing to divinemuvaretreat@gmail.com.

Missed Payment 

Accounts with balances due for 30 days or more are subject to cancelation without refund.
